Meet Our Service Dogs
Meet Little One, the Chocolate Lab. Little is trained to assist her handler with mobility, medication reminders, Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT), balance, and migraine alerts, and many other tasks. As she continually learns new jobs. She has and continues to be an incredible Service Dog, actively providing services since 2016. She now serves as not only the cutest chocolate face but also a great leader in helping other dogs learn.
This handsome guy is Lobo! Our founders very first service dog. This beautiful German Shepherd was trained to assist with mobility, balance, and blocking, He has since gone to the rainbow bridge. He was an amazing gentle giant. Deeply missed by his handler and founding members of NWSDA - NorthWest Service Dog Alliance
This is gorgeous man in black is Vinny. Solid black German Shephard, He is the founders second service dog. Vinny absolutely loved working. He is the reason NWSDA - NorthWest Service Dog Alliance now exists. When service dog duties could not be done he was trained in scent detection, search and rescue. That boy loved working, he too has gone on to hang out with Lobo at rainbow bridge.
This Fellow is Jack. This clean-cut beautiful boy is a Standard Poodle. He assists his handler with many jobs like mobility, picking up dropped items, several alerts, and counter balance. He is assisting in the training of future replacements as he gets a little closer to retirement.
